"Valet parking is a must.. the urgency and kindness the gentleman put in getting your vehicle -I give them a 10-. The staff at check in were nice, asked us what floor we preferred and north/or south side. The overall appearance and the fragrance of the hotel is nice. The bar side during happy hour was pleasant. For dinner we had to wait to be seated, per sign posted with multiple employees walking by before we were acknowledged and seated. After seated we waited again, then finally walked out. Access to the beach was nice except for all the construction/workers getting ready for an event. The room was nice, housekeeping was there each day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will return."
