"The superbly friendly and helpful staff at this hotel is the only saving grace and if it’s a must, its location right next to the airport. Other than these two, find a different hotel. The initial room I was given had a non working AC. (Mind you, the area’s temperature is in the upper 80s (fahrenheit) with an 80+ % humidity. So, it’s hot and you’re sweating!) They offered me their Executive Suite and transferred me there. Superbly generous of them I initially thought until I discovered the AC situation to be the same, the hot water doesn’t work, the bathroom floors weren’t vacuumed properly and, all the wicker furniture, which is essentially ALL furniture, needed detailed dusting. They serve very good food but there’s plenty of good food in the area."
