“The bed was slanted on an angle with the head lower then our feet. the mattress was lumpy. When we pulled the sheets back to get in bed there were blood stains in a couple of places. Obviously the bedding had not been changed since the previous guests. Staff brought us clean linen. They handed it to us and left. We made the bed and placed the dirty linen in the hallway and it was still there till late afternoon the next day when they finally picked it up.”

“No microwave in the room. Broken latch on cabinet containing refrigerator. Had to leave two days early due to family emergency; but facility will not issue refunds unless change is made 7 days prior stay. I lost $400 due to an unforeseen family emergency.”

“We visited at the end of the summer in early September so definitely "off" season for skiing, so I cannot speak to the price which was cheap for two nights. I'm sure in the winter that price would be 5 times that. I did like the enclosed garage parking, I can imagine in the winter that is amazing to get your car out of the weather. Having the trash/recycling down there enclosed as well was a great design. The room (1 bedroom) was clean and well laid out. My 12 year old daughter reported that...

“Property was good but room services and housekeeping was not good. Soap, shampoo etc were not refilled every day. We had to ask for coffee, sugar, towels etc everyday”

“This was such a great hotel for our family. The kids had fun at the arcade. The pools were the perfect temperature. Hot tubs were great. We had such a relaxing time. My only critique would be that I wish the bar across from the arcade was open and our room didn’t have AC.”

“The property was amazing however, definitely not a place for celebrating (romance) unfortunately, our room was On the first floor and the whole weekend kids could be near running around and including next door, no success in complaining to the front desk as they stated noise is hard to investigate. So basically, in this case for us the hotel was the wrong choice and quite disappointing that the staff didn’t do ANYTHING to resolve our concerns.”

“The property and room were amazing; very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only hiccup was the water was out to the property when we arrived, but that is rare and not really anyone's fault. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool, the room, and the convenience to town.”
