“We had a family room for four people. Very spacious with three single beds and a double sofa. Plenty of space to move around. Coffee machine in the room was a bonus and free bottled water. We had a mini fridge which was nice and cold. Walk in shower with body wash and hair wash was another bonus too. We had breakfast which was ok, nothing special. We paid 15 euros per day for the parking. Location was perfect with the town centre few minutes walk away with lots of cafes, shops and market on...

“Extremely helpful staff. Beautiful hotel with lots of character. A good value.”

“when I checked into my room at 5pm, all was fine. then I went into Ghent (lovely city) for the evening. when I got back a little after 11pm there was no power/lights in my room. and no staff to help! there was book on the desk in my room with hotel policies etc, but it was horribly outdated as it said to dial the front desk if one had any questions, but of course there are no longer any internal phones in the hotel. the next morning there was finally front desk staff, but they were incompetent...

“I had a great time there. Everything there was cosy and fantastic including small vinery. Especially the staff member at this hotel was very kind. If I had a chance to travel there, I will choose this hotel again.”

“Ok”

“Took us a minute to find where to check in, but the staff was great once we found them. Only issue with the room is the soap is a generic liquid soap in a wall dispenser, but there were no washcloths. We went to be close to the stadium - it is not convenient to the Medieval center of Ghent. That area is also very industrial and we could smell fumes from the chemical plant as we walked (did NOT smell in the room). Was a great, economic place to drop and go for a football game, but would not base...
