“Staff needs to be more attentive and friendly. And the horse riding tours need to be more organized. When you arrive to the property to check in, someone should take you to your cabin, and show you the grounds. You are left to fend for yourself and figure it out on your own. They need thicker blankets because it gets cold in the cabin or the option of a portable heater should be put in each room. Our tv wasn’t working and we asked for extra blankets and no one showed up, it was raining so maybe...

“Room was hot, one tiny window opened on the wall of windows. If you have to take your clothes off, you have to draw the heavy curtain over the window which is suffocating. If you want the window open for air, anyone outside the room can see you in bed. They should either put in a heat pump or find some other way to cool or put fresh air in the room without affecting privacy. I ended up forfeiting my $ there and went to get a room in another hotel.
