“호텔의 위치, 객실 청결도는 마음에 들었습니다. 하지만 조식는 너무 부실해서 단 이틀이였지만 지겨웠구요. 프론트의 직원들은 매우 친절했으나 조식 계란을 주문할때는 짜증섞인 직원의 표정이나 태도에서 조금 불편함을 느꼈습니다. 방음상태도 너무 안좋아서 옆방의 대화소리도 다 들리는 수준이였어요. 나머지 청결도나 객실상태는 좋았습니다. 렌트카를 이용 하신다면 페트라에서의 이동거리가 짧아 위치상 좋습니다.”

“I stayed there 2 nights and I enjoyed staying there. Staffs were helpful, though not very much welcoming. Location was 5 minutes walk to the entrance of Petra and nice restaurants nearby. The only -ve was smoking inside the building, I was with my child.”

“Grand Mercure was actually closed for renovation, so we were sent to Mövenpick Petra and our stay was amazing! All Staff were exceptional and we were also upgraded! Mary Ann and all the staff in breakfast were amazing! Chef and all breakfast stations food was great! -evening dinner so much choice and taste was great! Even Ahmed at chocolate hour was really good and attentive- everyone showed love to my daughter and went out of their way to make her happy! Exceptional stay! ”

The staff thougj definitely made our stay as nice as it was. They helped us to organize rides, brought fresh drinks when we walked in and provided helpful information ”

“Excellent springboard for exploring Petra. Less than 5 minutes walk to the visitor center. My room was well appointed and spotless — and I appreciated the welcome baklava. Great shower, comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet. The staff is wonderful - very friendly and hospitable. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! (One great thing about the hotel being so close is the ability if you need a break during the brutal midday heat, it’s so easy to go grab a shower and refresh.)”
