"Clean room close to port free breakfast"

"The beds are very comfortable. The room has minimalist bare bones furnishings including furniture with sharp pointie corners and cabinets, probably not good if you have children. The room was dirty, bedding was clean. If you don't clean the rooms everyday, you can't keep up with it, however this seems to be the norm since covid. Enjoyed watching the alligators and turtles in the back pond. TV system has a clunky interface with limited scrolling of channels. Remote is very basic. Bring your own entertainment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again but do have concerns about the cleanliness of the rooms. I don't want to see may hairs."

"Bar staff are slow. Ordering food at the pool even slower. Like an hour. Hotel charges for everything but air. They don’t even provide guest coffee other that pods in the room."

"Staff were phenomenal! Lou in the evening was the best!! The pool was great, the activities for kids/families were great, and we had a wonderful time there! As a footnote I would add more pillows would be wonderful (we only had two per queen bed.) But it wasn't detrimental to our stay. Thanks all!"

"The property, the rooms are poor the door was in bad shape. It would not close all the way it had a gap, you could hear wind noise coming through it. there was a smell, not sure if it was the rug or cigarette smell. The bathtub has some mold around the coulking area. The pool from a distance looked okay. I never got to use it. There was one night that people were really loud. I don't know if they were partying. It was hard to try and sleep other than that. I give the hotel 2 stars, i just think the property could use some renovation, especially in the rooms."

"Old, 2nd floor hadn't been renovated. Some electrical outlets did not work."
