"I experience an issue at the hotel upon the check in process, the hotel did a switch and bait when it came to the room I purchase in my package deal with Expedia, I had to involved the executive management team for an explanation after a long ordeal and calling out the hotel practices on a switch and bait practices per what was on there website and Expedia website my room was finally changed to the correct Oceanview room instead of trying to provide me with a partial ocean view room The front desk manager address my concerns and ensure everything was taken care of and we were ok with the accommodation, being a previous resident of Hawaii and knowing this property like the back of my hand and previous stayed at this resort for over the last 20 years they should have known better for this type of practice when you book your vacation through a third party company like Expedia instead of booking through the hotel directly, I made it very cleat to the hotel that they need to ensure all guests be provided the correct room view that was paid for, I appreciated the hotel correcting their internal processes to ensure this does not happen in the future when I plan to return for my next visit with in the next 6 months."
