"The property was stunning with so many flowers and flowering trees and shrubs. The views of the ocean and mountains were breathtaking. The buildings were of solid construction and will last forever. The inside of the condo was very nicely furnished, and we felt right at home immediately. The couches and chairs were quite comfortable! However, the air conditioning unit failed in the living room our first day there. The staff was very responsive and provided us with a temporary replacement immediately. It was still a bit humid in the unit, and there were ants in the kitchen, which the condo staff indicated would be taken care of before the next people stayed there. I don't want to give the wrong impression as we would love to stay there again. The specific condo just needed a few minor things done to it."

"This place for our 20th wedding anniversary was such an incredible and wonderful experience for our family. The room was very nice and comfortable, with lots of unique features, like providing us with beach equipment to use. They were also so kind knowing it was a special vacation for me and my husband and gifted us a heartwarming letter with delicious chocolate. The entire resort was also very clean and neat, with a stunning view which made me take dozens of photos at a time. Overall, this resort was amazing for a vacation on Maui and I would love to come back another time. A big Thank you to all of the workers that made our vacation memorable!"

"The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. After a number of phone calls and talking with the Montage front desk, this was removed. We asked for service on the TV in the main room that was never addressed. The resort is in a great location, but they are renovating the adjacent tower. I would go back for the views and luxurious condo, but not if KBM is managing it."

"Really cute & clean studio condo w a deck viewing the pool & the ocean. We loved our stay here, we had everything we needed including boogie boards & chairs for the beach. Nice soaps & shampoos as well. We had a great stay - we will definitely use KBM Resorts again!"
