โI have been here a lot over the years and I really enjoy The Fireside! The staff is always kind, I love everything thatโs available in the lobby and the rooms are like and clean! I will say that the bottom floor is my least favorite thing, the appliances need to be updated and we did have a noisy neighbor but the women at the front desk did help with that! โ
โThis beautiful antique mansion was the perfect place to begin exploring. Convenient to many attractions. Onsite tavern was a bonus. Breakfasts were perfect.hard to find charm and great hospitality.โ
โBryan and Rebekah are a wealth of knowledge about the area. They were wonderful to talk to. Cabin 5 is charming and very comfortable. Perfect place to explore the area. We visited Rockport, Camden, Rockland, Lincolnville, Belfast and Union. All easy drives from this location. Be sure to check out Mt. Battie, Breakwater Light and Heron schoonerโ
โThe cottage we stayed in was quiet, beautifully finished and felt like the perfect quiet retreat. We loved the pebble beach and the ocean views from the property. We watched the sun rise from our bedroom window, it was perfect. The bedding was super soft and the cottage was warm and cosy. My only regret is that we only stayed for one night! โ
