"Second time staying here, it’s great! The beds are comfy and everything is clean. I like the little fire pit area and there is coffee in the lobby. Parking garage was full but street parking was pretty good."

"The room was clean, there were plenty of towels, I really did enjoy the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion. I have very sensitive skin and forgot to pack my face wash so I used the makeup remover wipe and that was very nice too. The breakfast was good and there were lots of choices. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I woke up with a horrible crick in my neck from the pillows and hip pain, there was a dog barking incessantly outside our window (we were on the third floor) and we were right by the elevators so we could hear people talking and kids making a lot of noise. It just was very distracting and not very relaxing in that respect. Not all of the outlets worked.Check in and check out was a breeze."

"We arrived late Friday afternoon and went to sleep early to get up at 3:30 for a 5AM flight Saturday morning We were not around for breakfast. We did not use the hot tub or pool. However we did enjoy a hotel staff that picked us up at Pasco Airport after dropping our rental car off Friday afternoon and also drove us at 4AM Saturday morning back to the airport for our 5 AM flight. The people we met at the Red Lion Inn were thoughtful and helpful. "

"After enjoying a late night dip in the hot tub and pool, I turned on the water in the shower to rinse off and the spout shot across the tub and slammed into the wall. Had I been standing in the shower, I can only imagine what kind of injury I would have. The staff did move us to another room, but there was no adjustment to our rate and no other accommodation made. Very disappointing. I will not stay here ever again."
