We contacted hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with the hotel either. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give us our money back since we paid ..."

"Amazing stay. Large room. Bed was a bit old, but OK. Indoow swimming, sauna and steamroom. Dinner available on request. Breakfast with all you’d want. I stayed for 3 nights and all for under €100 per night. I’m back in next week for another 4 nights and looking forward to it."
