Nightmare trying to sort out any admin with them. Can't provide invoice, only hotel I have stayed at in last 3 years that can't. Don't use for business travel until they can sort it out.

Poor signage to hotel parking area, dirty stained carpet in bedroom shower so hot much difficulty reducing the temperature Wedding party at the venue so disturbed frequently through the night by other guests No soundproofing and lots of banging doors

Whittlebury Hall Hotel & Spa
Staff were hit and miss. Lucy checked me in and was great but Grace refused to let me borrow a charger even though she said there was a box full in lost property. Marvel Apartments
Apartment 5 was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and spacious; we enjoyed our stay. We only wish that the windows would open more easily and STAY open (the force of gravity kept pulling the living room window shut).
