"We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with our grandson. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was swift and efficient. We had an issue to do with housekeeping during our stay that took a couple of days to be dealt with and we had to chase twice with reception before it was resolved. ..."
