Cheap and cheerful

Cheap and cheerful no frills budget hotel with very friendly and kind staff. Nice and spacious room, pretty comfortable bed. Shower head stuck to the wall, which is impractical, otherwise a decent bathroom. Good parking, even if it's paid, and decent food options next door.

Handicapped rooms are great. No stairs or steps, handholds in shower where most places you’re sure to slip! Generous with teas and coffee Window looks at parking lot, ground level, although by a M road convenience restaurants, very quiet

Disappointing

Outdated, tiles cracked, lack of facilities if you arrive late at the surrounding service area. Didn’t appear to of been cleaned. Had to keep asking for things like towels for second person. Reception staff were polite though.

My room was spotless and bed and pillows were so comfy.very comfortable stay .and will definitely stay again . Only thing was the tele sound and signal kept going .otherwise 120 /100 stay .Thankyou .

It's ok for one night

A cheap overninght stay. Staff approachable and very helpfull. Place is tiered and in need of updating. Carpets and walls stained.The wholle building did no smell great. Supper clean bedding and towles. Dated but effective shower.

Disabled parking right outside entrance to hotel, EV chargers right outside hotel. The lady on reception was absolutely fantastic, anything she could do to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable was no trouble at all. Staff like her are few and far between nowadays. Hotel is due a revamp in the near future I believe, which will further enhance the facilities and stay experience.

Arrived Thursday early evening, the lovely lady at reception was friendly and helpful. She also remembered my friend and i from November last year. We were given our key cards, as we had both booked in on line, put in the car registration at the desk. My room was clean and what i was expecting. Good 2 night stay.
