"The room was clean and the staff at reception were lovely, the security at the doors on a night make you feel safe. My only three issues were how rundown the on campus parking was the floor was cracking in on itself and the second issue is that we never got a do not disturb sign, third issue is when we approached our room a cleaner was in it and so we said this is our room sorry we never received a dnd sign and she just let us in so that made us feel uneasy as anyone could have said that was their room and they’d been let in."

"There was a beer can in the bin and a sweet wrapper on the bedside table. Although we paid £550 for two nights if we wanted to use the spa it was a further £15/person for one hour! The property and rooms were lovely but I feel for the price a few tweaks are needed!"
