We loved how close it was to the beach. We walked to beach #2 and spent the better part of the day there. Absolutely perfect location. The owner Tony was incredible. Thank you for a terrific stay..

Tony is really great, his wife too. Very attentive, and Tony makes a great cappuccino. The room was physically very clean, bed was comfortable ... But unfortunately there was a strong smoke smell, especially in the bathroom.

Location!

Spent a week here and glad I came. Great location to the beach (across the street) and about 1 km from the bigger stores/restaurants. Very friendly and responsive owner and staff. A/C worked well. No coffee machine but coffee bar downstairs. Big plus was the nice pool, with plenty of loungers for sun or shade. Basic place but a nice spot to use as a base.

This is not a luxury motel but a very clean room, clean linen and very comfortable king size bed also very clean bathroom. The pool is heated and very private. It was so lovely to take a swim in the evening and it felt like a gigantic bathtub. The staffs were so nice, they embraced us completely. We wants to go back again.

Great spot ! Near everything. Great and fast customer service. Friendly. Big swimming pool. Sure it's on the main street so we expect local traffic but it wasn't no big deal for us. We have a deep sleep. 3 nights. My daughter and I had a great time at Villa Nova. Thank you !

Owners were lovely...thats about all i can say that was good. We stayed in room 17...EVERYTHING was old, daged and dusty. 1 plug in the rol.was functioning- and it was about 7ftup the wall (luckily we had a small extension cord so wecould charge our devices) There was approximately 17 different outlets, switches, wallcovers that were not functional and/or coverings holes. Bathroom: tub faucet was attached to the wall. Bathtub had black mould. Towels were gross & we went to Walmart and bought our own for bathing. Beds- mattresses were just resting on the floors and had 2x4s around them. Beds were VERY uncomfortable. The only lamp in thr room had a black shade- which wasa very visibly dusty. There definitely is no pool as advertised.

Our stay was in January 2024 so when we went the area was like a ghost town, The place was locked up tight so we were unsure if it was even open as the gate to the parking was locked as well. We had to call the desk in order to reach a person and be let in. The room we stayed in was clean but it was Meh in general..Could use some refreshing. The cable tv sucked! I don't recall there being any temperature control and the room was extremely uncomfortably warm. The weekend we stayed, there was a snow storm and we needed to open the window and block the vent with a stool turned upside down which only helped slightly..I don't know if there was a residence above us or if it was another visitor but they were sooo loud and noisy which made to stay less enjoyable. The folks who own/run it were nice though. If all you need the room for is sleeping then it is adquate unless you have elephants who enjoy disco above you.

This is super convenient location. Walking distance to Wasaga beach area 1. Dining places are close by. Room is spacious having a very nice queen bed. Microwave fridge & dining table in the room.
