Check in was a horrible. Room wasnt ready till after 5:30pm with a 3pm check in. Then when we got in the room there was trash still in room pushed into a corner. That baffled mw becauae they said the reason it was taking so long to check in was because of the final walk thru to make sure room was perfect.

This was an absolutely amazing find for our 3 day first time visit to Washington for us and another couple. All staff we dealt with were amazing. The location while a little ways away from some of the attractions, has numerous transportations nearby, and we twice walked back from the Capital Buildings, and we are all aged 70 or higher. Finally, the food and drink in the hotel were priced OK, and were good, and were given our free VIP drink perks on check in. We had a late flight on departure day, and were granted a late check out upon request with a smile. We cannot recommend this hotel more highly, and we travel a lot. Thank you Lyle Hotel!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Staff was incredibly friendly location was impeccable. You could walk the neighborhood, just a few blocks up there’s a few eateries bars and I truly just enjoyed my time. It was so peaceful.

The property was very clean and looked to have been recently remodeled. Hotel overnight parking was very reasonable. It’s close to a lot of restaurants so we were able to walk to breakfast. Only thing that I found weird was that you couldn’t lock the bathroom door and it had a see through glass door with only a shade to cover so someone could theoretically peep through the sides.
