"My room was not available at the check in time. They gave me a key and told me they would call me when it was available, but apparently forgot in the chaos of four weddings. So eventually I just walked up and found my room ready. The room was quiet and clean. The restaurant and bar were too busy for me as a tied a solo traveler to enjoy. Limited if any vegan options at the breakfast buffet—maybe the oatmeal. Obviously this hotel was not designed for me but for throngs of meat eating families there for weddings. "

"Room was very clean. Hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was OK Staff is very nice & friendly. Only problem we had was being told by front desk that the pool was open for swimming. It was but the heat in the pool area and in the pool itself were not working. Our 2 year old had a meltdown. Had we been told there was no heat at the pool that could have been avoided "

"I booked the room then when I got there about half an hour later they said they didn’t have any reservations. I showed her the confirmation and the paid receipt and she just told me that I had to wait. I already paid online. So I waited an hour and a half for them to give me a key. I got no apology. Then it was checkout time and I was running a little behind because of the late check in and the cleaning lady was very rude I took all my bags out of the room and put them outside the door. I grabbed 3 bags and went downstairs to my car organized them and put them in. I walked backup to get my other two bags outside the room and she kept saying take you take. I said really what do you think I’m doing back up here. I’m just going to leave my stuff? Not a good experience. They didn’t even offer me a discount or a free soda "
