"Super nice and helpful daytime reception staff, and the hotel is very tidy. 24 hours front door lock. Super big and bright carpark with CCTV! Big room and a small balcony is a plus! I was little shock when entering the road but once you arrived their place, it was day and night differences !

"This is not a bad hotel,just not what it is advertised to be. Upon arrival I was shown to a pokey little room which was clearly not what I booked. When I objected I was given the room I had booked which was bigger and better but very tired and shabby. It is not an expensive hotel but I just wish hoteliers would be truthful in their description."

"The Shangri-La has long been a grande dame of Bangkok luxury hotels and it’s easy to see why. Although the interiors may be a little 1980’s dated, everything is of the highest level of comfort and excellence, from the comfortable rooms to the wonderful staff.
