"Not user friendly the shower over the bath particularly for older people. Quite dangerous. The staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Check in was terrible because my booking was coming up as cancelled. I showed the reception staff my booking and receipt for payment in the Hotels.com app so they eventually gave me a room and said they would follow up with Hotels.com for payment. That was a stressful start. The hotel is pristine and modern. However, the mood (ie dark) lighting, doorless toilet and shower, difficulty to access curtain behind overly big chairs did not suit us. The day we booked in we were looking forward to heading up to the rooftop bar for a drink and dinner to only find out they were closed for a private function. We’ve stayed here several times but I think it’s time for a change."

"The location downtown was safer than I had expected. Having 7/11 and McDonald's within 2 blocks was very convenient. Most bus and train options can be reached within 2 blocks from the hotel as well."

"Our first stay here and we were very impressed. We stayed in a club room and had excellent experience. Our room was large, looked new and kept clean and in perfect condition. We had a beautiful room with a terrific view over Perth looking north. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful, at reception, and in the restaurants."

"Breakfast was included, tasty and good value. Room was large and clean but rather sparse, plenty of room for sofa or armchairs but none available also no hand towels, out of stock apparently"

"Clean and modern, the bed and pillows were great! It’s in the thick of the night life area so there was a little street noise but that is to be expected. The staff were great, super friendly and the welcome cookies were delicious."
