“This place was an absolutely wonderful find! Its location right off the motorway is incredibly convenient, and it’s a quick drive to Waterford. We were a family of four (with an infant) and were delighted to be allowed to check-in early as our room was ready. “This stay five was out of this world. This is a historic castle that has amazing public areas and the private rooms are warm and inviting. Staff was helpful and hands off unless you needed assistance, the main dining room had French service and breakfast in the solarium was a great start to our day. They even had had a visit from Santa and an albino wallabe. ”
