Room was neglected (dirty curtains, outdated bathroom). Advertised is a pool and restaurant, and there are neither of those things.

The hotel was very accommodating to us since our check occurred at 2 o’clock in the morning. There’s plenty of parking here, but you have to scope out the nearest part of the Parking to your room once you checked in. It’s quite a sprawling property.

Decent hotel for an overnight stay while traveling. The free vehicle chargers were not working and neither was the elevator. I was traveling with several suitcases and camera equipment so this was very inconvenient.

When checking was informed that there was no breakfast and the elevator wasn’t working! I have never had a Best Western experience like this!! We were in Watertown for a funeral and we were very disappointed
