"No amenities like elevator, breakfast, vending, etc. Although we knew this, it's essentially just a place to sleep, and as such it is overpriced. But it was clean, staff were helpful."

"The pet-friendly rooms were noticeably worse than the standard rooms. They had a strong odor, there was dog hair throughout the room, and the overall condition and cleanliness were much lower quality than the non-pet rooms. If you’re traveling with a pet, I would not recommend staying here. When we raised our concerns about the condition of the room, the staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude, which made the experience even more disappointing."

"The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, I enjoyed the breakfast and coffee and I recommend this location if you pass through Ottawa."
