"Great location two minutes walk from the seafront. Functional premises, no frills, room was clean and comfortable. There are NO ensuite facilities here, large kitchen area with fridges, microwave, kettle and toaster. Very acceptable for a short undemanding stay."

"The room was clean, and a great location in Southsea. A few small issues: the TV stopped working on our last morning, the bath had not been used and the water ran yellow, but the shower was fine. A cloth to do the washing up would have been of use. Overall the room was a great base for our weekend away."

"Check in was a bit challenging. First person not as helpful but second person was excellent so depending on who you get breakfast was good with hot and cold. Room was basic but had noisy neighbours and thin walls. Room clean. Location was the greatest feature! Would stay again"

"Clean room, nicely situated close to a beach and local shops. Not a far walk to the spinnaker tower or historic dock yard. Only downside is been on the main road so lots of traffic but for the e price you pay it’s 100% worth it. "

"The hotel.com site showed parking available We booked on the day and the booking was nonrefundable. After booking we received the following email. Please book parking via the link below. We will send a confirmation of your parking choice within 24 hours of you completing the form, sooner if you're booking on the day, check your junk mail if you don't see it. If you delay completing the form till close to your arrival date off road or gated parking may not be available On arrival got off street parking at an additional charge of 10 pound. Had we known parking wasn’t always available we would have booked elsewhere."
