"We stayed here 4 nights and it was fantastic! The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. The food was good, served at tables under the shade of the coconut trees by our waiter, Karu, who was always attentive and polite. "This is newly opened hotel so everything looked nice. The room was big and nicely equipped. It was clean but the next morning we were negatively surprised seeing rat in our room coming out from our toilet. The service was good and staff was very hospitile but it was visible that they are still learning how to do the business. Namely when coming to hotel our room has been given to other family so we have got another one untill they have settled ours. Although we have not been disturbed by noise...

"Hotel location in heart of Fort Galle excellent. Staff service, friendliness and willingness to accommodate excellent. Beautiful buildings well restored. Excellent breakfast. I assume they are not 5 star as only provide some of the little extras in room that you would normally expect from like properties eg tissues, body lotion etc but that didn’t bother us! Our bed was a little saggy but that is the only fault we could find. They even gave us a very late checkout at no cost when we offered to pay which was very much appreciated & totally not expected. Highly recommend."
