Rooms are a bit tired and it wasnt the cleanest, but it wasn't dirty as such. Staff were lovely and we even had an upgrade which was a delight! Its in an excellent location and the parking behind is plentiful and easy to park in.

Understand some things cannot be helped but a full bucket of water in the bathroom room and wet carpet right at the bedside is very concerning and no apology or concern forthcoming. Disappointing

Great location — that’s the only positive. No air con and the windows barely open, so the room was uncomfortable. The bed was extremely lumpy and honestly one of the worst we’ve slept on — my back is still paying for it. The room is very tired and badly needs updating. The shower constantly went from hot to cold, taps leaked, and the road/city noise was terrible. We barely slept. To top it off, at checkout no one even asked how our stay was. Wouldn’t stay again.

This was a nice, comfortable hotel and the breakfast and dinner were both good. They also have parking in the back of the hotel and it's pretty accessible to the hotel itself. Thank you to the staff for a nice stay!

The style and decor in the lobby is really nice, staff accommodating and friendly. We asked for high floor, which we got - floor 11. What an awesome view! Room is pretty basic but comfortable and well stocked with coffee and tea. The one problem when you are high up is the wind. Wellington is extremely and the wind is loud.
