“Property has been upgraded downstairs and the restaurant and bar area are lovely as is the outside courtyard. When you go upstairs it’s apparent that an upgrade is still required. Our room - 3 - overlooked a very busy main road and the secondary double glazing did nothing to keep the constant traffic noise at bay. There are two windows in that’s room. And they are old and rotten. Triple glazed windows required. Carpets need replacing. Bathroom has been upgraded and is very pleasant but b&b...

“Last weekend we stayed at the Wiveton Bell for two nights. I have to report that the pub has changed hands since we were last there.
The room we had was well appointed; a small snug with two easy chairs, coffee table and sideboard ......kettle, coffee machine, magazines etc.... and a separate roomy bedroom with a TV and plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space plus a modern ensuite.
We had several issues regarding the room. When we arrived at 4pm we had to wait for it to be serviced.

“I didn't like having a room which faced out onto the courtyard where pub guests were drinking and eating. It meant that to get privacy you had to draw the curtains which then covered not only the door but also the only windows and I like to have open windows, especially when there is no air conditioner. Having said that, the room itself was quite comfortable and the food was good.”
