"We only stayed here 3 nights. Absolutely amazing location and the rooftop is what its all about. The staff must see thousands of tourists come and go and it shows unfortunately. The room was tiny and a tiny wet room to shower. But for a few nights was fine and doable We went to the hotel next doors rooftop for alcoholic beverages. Was always empty so was good to escape the crowds of Nefertitis rooftop. Nefertitis was a fantastic slice of Egypt. We highly recommend Al Hajeej tours "

"I checked in and found that the receptionist had no idea of my expected arrival. I had the receipt and all she was interested in was viewing my airline booking, not my hotel booking. I looked at three rooms before finding one that was reasonable, and reasonable is a low expectation. The pictures on the web site are archaic at best.
