“I stay at extended stay places a lot and this was the best in a long time. I paid extra for the upgraded room and it was worth it. I had a few issues in the bathroom but they were taken care of immediately and expertly. The front desk was helpful and responsive and all the staff I met during the week I was there were very nice. I will be staying there again. ”

“As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe.
