“I loved the text check in and out process. The code and apartment number were sent to me (early!) and I was able to text to check out. The building is amazing and in a great location and the coffee shop downstairs is really cute and has great food and coffee. We walked around the market on Sunday and also walked to Trader Joe’s, a bakery, a fabulous bbq spot (blue oak) and Dave and busters. There was a strong fishy smell when we first arrived, but we contacted management, and they responded quickly to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. “I loved Everything about Island Tower except the elevators they were not working properly. when you pressed the button for the elevator to go up or down the elevator on the opposite side would open so you would have to run to catch the elevator on the opposite side. Other than that everything was perfect the view was amazing.”
