“Super clean”

“Everything clean and well maintained. We had a partial beach view - nothing special - but the breakfast area has a massive beach view and is lovely. No coffee in our room or available before 7am which was a BIG problem for me.”

“At first arrival,we noticed only a small amount of handicapped parking spots, in which there was spaces up next to them with cones blocking them. Then when entering the building there were signs saying they were renovating the rooms. The lobby area was nice and greeted by the friendly staff. The room was clean, with a wonderful view of the gulf, there was a microwave ,small refrigerator and a coffee maker. “Breakfast was good”

“The food was very fresh and very good. The pool area was very clean. However, my room had a tear in the carpet and the tack strip cut my grandson‘s foot. There must’ve been a leak in the wall where the bathtub was because it got our luggage, all wet, and the carpet was soaking wet. The pillow fell off onto the floor and when we picked it up, it was unusable because it was so wet. The staff were excellent. They were very nice. they only gave us three towels and there was five people we went down...

“The outlets in our specific room need to be replaced. More than half couldn’t hold a plug. They just slipped out and we couldn’t charge anything. Note: There was a water leak under the carpet where it turns from tile to carpet in the so called foyer of the room. We really did enjoy our stay and the staff were very nice and helpful.”
