“The outlets in our specific room need to be replaced. More than half couldn’t hold a plug. They just slipped out and we couldn’t charge anything. Note: There was a water leak under the carpet where it turns from tile to carpet in the so called foyer of the room. We really did enjoy our stay and the staff were very nice and helpful.”

“The beach has a sandbar that was perfect for the littles to hang out. The lazy river was fun and the pool area was clean. The hotel and rooms were clean, but a little bit out dated and in need of some minor cosmetic updating. All in all for the price it was perfect for us. I only wish the restaurant was open for lunch because we didn’t want to leave the beach to go find food.”

“The food was very fresh and very good. The pool area was very clean. However, my room had a tear in the carpet and the tack strip cut my grandson‘s foot. There must’ve been a leak in the wall where the bathtub was because it got our luggage, all wet, and the carpet was soaking wet. The pillow fell off onto the floor and when we picked it up, it was unusable because it was so wet. The staff were excellent. They were very nice. they only gave us three towels and there was five people we went down...

“At first arrival,we noticed only a small amount of handicapped parking spots, in which there was spaces up next to them with cones blocking them. Then when entering the building there were signs saying they were renovating the rooms. The lobby area was nice and greeted by the friendly staff. The room was clean, with a wonderful view of the gulf, there was a microwave ,small refrigerator and a coffee maker. There was 2 bottles of water by the ice bucket, but only to read the note on the...

“This is a 6th floor room with a small balcony overlooking the beach. The property is clean and comfortable but showing its age in places. There is a small pool and direct beach access. Parking requires a permit -- make sure it is there, and if not, communicate with the host right away. Security on site is minimal but friendly -- however, they will boot or tow un-permitted vehicles.”
