"Abigail at check-in was so cheerful and very informative ! She explained everything about the hotel and our surroundings! It was our first trip to Pensacola Beach and our stay was excellent in all areas of cleanliness including our room and getting extra towels ect. Every person that works there was always nice and going above in asking did we need anything! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it highly!!! Thanks to everyone for enjoying your job! "This property is very well kept and clean. Had a beach view room and enjoyed every minute, view was perfect and balcony was just right for my wife and I. All staff we came in contact with were exceptional. We give this property a 10 out of 10. Free parking for guests, unlike some others in the area that want to charge on top of the room charge. The breakfast is better than most and the omelet bar was perfect. Definitely will be visiting here again. "
