“Clean room, great hot water, parking and the pool!”

“I was stuck on the elevator with about 8 others fir about 7 minutes. And then it was out of service the remaining stay. When we checked out, it took several trips up and down stairs with our luggage. My partner is 79 years old and this made it very difficult to enjoy!”
