"the bar attendees were very knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking with them. Also we had a beautiful view of the waves in the ocean. The only down side was the weather which you all have no control of and the rip currents in the ocean. I did not want to get swept out to sea. I was disappointed in the fact that there is no jucazzi with hot water in it on the outside. I realize you all are in a transitioning period and it takes time to improve facilities. But the staff as a whole was extremely helpful and very imformative. Thanks so much. I and my partner enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back next year. Kathy Hobart"

"Upon arrival, we checked in and was assigned a room on the 7th floor. As we got up there, my room keys would not work. I made “2” round trips to get new keys. Funny, none of them worked. I waited on maintenance and my family stood out in the hallway for over 30 minutes and still not fixed…I had to request another room. Customer service needs some work at this property. To make matters worse, we never had hot water in the shower. Beach access was great and the breakfast area/lobby were clean. However, I would look else where for hotel accommodations if you’re heading to orange beach. For what you get charged to stay during the summer, l expected some basic amenities."

"The Hotel was very clean. We got a room that said gulf view and it was facing the water side by side with the big condos. The Breakfast was great. The setting and beach access is awesome. The only added expense for us was the chair rental from a third party. I will be going back to this location."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was poorly maintained. The pool was not heated only one of two elevators were working and it would stop at every floor even if no one was waiting very unsafe. We chose to take the stairs for ninety percent off our stay. We were on the fifth floor. Lastly there was no coffee service in the room and no house keeping service for the duration of our stay. Hotel is at best a one star very disappointing."
