"The rooms are a little dated but clean and functional. There was only one staff member on the front desk in the evenings, so there was quite a wait for help at different times. I like the opt out of housekeeping for $10 credit each day. Breakfast was good. The pool needed to be cleaned."

"This is a real bucket list experience. We chose the 1 night stay which included full board and a guided tour of the Zoo. We also did the additional Meerkat Experience at extra cost on our arrival day. We had a Lemur room and we could also see the lion enclosure from our room. The Zoo was amazing as was the food and drinks served - all top notch!"
