“Poor management and customer service stood in the front office for almost an hour before the clerk woke up to check me in”

“Good location but very wore and beat up facility. It appeared clean Bed comfortable. Staff was friendly.”

“Very nice staff very clean room. Didn’t care for the location of room near contractors with their big trucks and bantering after work but I didn’t ask to be moved so that’s on me. Also tub was very slippery although it had grab bars that I hung onto but a mat would have helped and again I didn’t ask for one so that’s on me, I was away most the day. I would definitely book again and just communicate more”

“I have stayed twice recently at Trolley Stop Hotel. It was a wonderful stay there. Everything was clean and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful. Their location is easy to get to and many places are available nearby for shopping and sightseeing. In fact, I am staying there again today.”

“nice place”
