We stayed the night with our cats on a pit stop for our cross-country move, and it went really smoothly. Super friendly service and easy check in/out experience. Free breakfast was great!

Staff was friendly

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The staff is unfailingly pleasant and helpful. I honestly can't imaging a better hotel staff unless they were paying ME for the trip instead of the other way around. Whenever I asked for help, they would stop what they were doing and I felt like I was a visiting dignitary. The employees were lovely! I really enjoyed the free dinner they did on the Wednesday I was there, the green beans were the best I’ve ever had! The hotel was clean every time I stayed and I’ve never any complaints!

Very clean and pleasant hotel for a reasonable rate. Convenient to all local attractions. We followed the advice of the staff and had our dinner at a local pub Generations which had absolutely amazing food! Beds were very comfortable.

I’m originally from the area, but moved away when I went to college. We try to come back at least once a year to visit family still in the area. We ALWAYS visit Oglebay Park, but this was my first time staying at Wilson Lodge. I loved it! Oglebay has grown significantly since I was little with various activities for kids to enjoy. The indoor pool was great. My son enjoyed it and the game room. My favorite of it all is just enjoying nature, the landscape, and the fresh air. Whenever we’re back in...
