There was a persistent smell of disinfectant. Carpet in the room was old and felt kind of sticky, bathroom fan wasn't working, and smoke alarm was hanging from the wall. However, staff were very helpful, and a maintenance person responded immediately to fix the bathroom fan and smoke alarm.

When we came in there were roaches in the room. The shower had no water pressure and its very outdated. We got moved to another room forbthe same bugs to be in the room. I was so tired from a long travel i killed the bugs and went to sleep. Will never stay at Best Western again.

No lights or cable asked to be accommodated with another room and I was told by front desk that they couldn’t help .

The property definitely shows its age in regards to the rooms, the rooms are very clean, the carpet was very 90s. A remodel would make a big difference. Me and my girlfriend, both thought the hallway was very dark, the vending machines and ice machines were located inside the stairwell, was reminding me of a parking garage. The lobby was very nice, staff was excellent.

Old, dirty , unfriendly staff. Elevator constantly getting stuck. Smelled like rotten garbage in Hallways. And they had the nerve to charge a $200 deposit. Crazy. Steer Clear.

Okay for a night's stay if you have no special expectations. Located right on noisy I-95. No restaurant on premises or within walking distance, except fast food joints. Breakfast on premises, included in the price, was a plus.

Ok stay but the walls are too thin, you can hear if having loud sex. Smells like Marijuana in the elevator. Parking can be hard to find it’s not a big parking area. You get what you pay for, it’s an ok place to stay if for a quick stay.
