โThe hotel is in a great location in Hastings Old Town close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, v. comfortable and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful, including Porters next door (good wine bar/restaurant associated with the hotel). Itโs a remote check in/check out but we were sent clear instructions ahead of the booking with a contact host to call when we arrived. Breakfast is also really good with full, vegetarian, and non vegan options. Canโt fault our stay at all,...
โWe had a wonderful stay at Anne's House recently. The house is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and homely, and Michael and Olivia were so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and we were definitely not left wanting for anything. The house is in a quiet and attractive street, a short walk from the railway station and town centre, so everything was in easy reach. All in all, I could not recommend Anne's House highly enough, and we wouldn't think twice about staying here...

โGreat stay in Hastings. Hotel was clean and compact with a fridge in the room and sea view. Stayed here with our dog free of charge which was a really lovely bonus. Would 100% return.
Only real issue was no parking which we were aware of but plenty of paid car parks close by. But travelling by train is easy too as the hotel is only 7 minutes walk with frequent taxis. โ
โAbsolutely wonderful, went above and beyond to help with a last minute change. Room was immaculate, everything you need and the location could not be better, 2 minutes to everything we wanted!โ
โLocation is just in front of the see. The most impressive thing was very nice owner and receptionist. They helped us to meet my friend in Hastings, and it was very helpful. And the room was clean. I could see the beautiful sea in the morning.โ
โI only needed it for one night business. The host was friendly and the price was very reasonable considering it had its own ensuite. It's a little out if the centre but only 15mins walk from St Leonard train station. โ
โThe hotel was going through a external facelift...from the completed section it will look super when it's all done. The interior is historic and very attractive. Our room was massive and had a marvellous sea view. Very clean and comfortable.โ

โThe whole place is a lovely old 1900's building. Lots of memorabilia. We had a small room which was very clean and cosy. Food was excellent. Staff very attentive. Would recommend staying here.โ
โLovely and quiet location with comfortable, clean rooms, a good breakfast and with safe parking. The country house is just off the A21 within an easy drive from Hastings and St. Leonards. I would be happy to stay there again. โ
