"I’ve traveled to Orlando on and off for the last 15 years, several times a year and this was the first time I had stayed at this property and I will never stay at another hotel! This was AMAZING! We had the two bedroom suite, and even though we are only a family of two, it was nice that we each had our own space. Loved sitting on the balcony and just looking out. Pool area was everything and more for a day of relaxing. The only negative I have to say about this property is the bar staff in the pool area is subpar. Their tip is already worked into your final tab and their customer service and attitude reflects that. I waited at the bar for 20 minutes and kept asking if I could be served and I kept just getting the finger to hold on over and over again while other people were walking up and getting serve served right away because they happen to walk up when the bartender was finishing up someone else. There was nothing friendly or remarkable about any of the bar staff and that’s such a disappointment because we picked this hotel based on the pool area. That being said, that would not deter me from coming back. I would just not utilize the bar. I do wish there were laundry in the rooms, it looks like maybe in the future there will be because there are hook ups or that was from a past renovation. That would’ve made my stay even easier. Most people I would imagine that visit the Orlando area Stay for multiple days if not weeks and in room washer and dryer is a huge perk. "
