“Cleanliness and customer service are everything to me and this hotel definitely met my expectations! 10/10 service overall. I usually don’t leave reviews but felt it was necessary for those that are having a hard time choosing which hotel to stay at with their family. The valet were also super friendly! Sidenote-the pool area feels like you’re at a resort. Will definitely be coming back.”

“The location of this hotel is fabulous, just a few blocks to City Place and Kravitz Center. The room was large and clean. The rooms were updated with plenty of charges for tech. The only drawback was they did not supply bottles of water in the rooms so if you wanted water, you had to go to the lobby.
