“Excellent place to stay in downtown South Bend. The proprietors are lovely people and the rooms are comfortable and clean. And a great breakfast too!”

“Very kind and clean ”

“The kitchenette to carpet transition was threadbare. There where stains on the fold out bed couch cushions that were off putting. Breakfast was outstanding. Custom made omelet was about the best hotel breakfast I've ever had”

“Its like a super motel. Employees are always helpful I've come to South Bend once a year and stayinbg at this hotel is a highlight of coming to South Bend”

“The staff was wonderful, I believe the front desk clerk, Carr was instrumental in getting us set up with 2 rooms last minute when our VRBO fell thru last minute on a football weekend. He saved the day! Breakfast spread was good each day too! Thank you all for accommodating us and providing excellent service all around!”
