"We loved our stay at Ruby Zoe, its steps from the notting hill market and homes. It was very quiet, clean, and had fun decor. We enjoyed the speaker in the room it had great sound! The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was they didn’t have a smart TV."

"Had a wonderful stay. Close to tube stations and quiet street. Tours do stay with the hotel so may have 30 kids staying on the same floor but rooms are nice and the staff is excellent and the breakfast is amazing and definitely priced well for all you get. Great for solo travel."

"The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Great location directly beside Hyde Park. Bus stops and tube stations very close by. The breakfast was great and all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely go back and recommend to other travellers! "

"The property/room was very tiny, the intercom phone was not working neither the WiFi, the staff Jonas was very rude and abrupt when complained about services he got angry and shut the door. In the morning informed the reception Jay regards the inconvenience overnight where a guest next door was using hair dryer between 1 to 1:30, stated they will look at it and showed no interest in dealing with it, advise was unable to notify at night as the phone line was not working, stated this has already been looked into."
