“The bed was full of dog hair. The door did not lock when shut. Room was changed to a clean one. A late check out was approved which was very nice, however housekeeping was not made aware and was banging extremely hard on the door waking us up in a panic. The “do not disturb” sign was ignored and this happened again one hour later. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were square shaped and stuffed with uneven material. Upon leaving staff did not ask how the stay was.”
