“Room was very clean and beds were very comfy. Host was amazing and cooked a big hot breakfast before we started our day. There were also lots of cold food options as well. Very close to the pedestrian bridge into the main streets of Inverness. Would definitely stay again.”

“Lovely, spacious rooms and delightful staff. Dinner menu was fantastic and we took up the offer for packed lunches (sandwich, yoghurt, crisps and delicious rocky road) for our continuing NC500 journey which were excellent and very inexpensive. Loved the laid back atmosphere, we felt comfortable and at home. Definitely recommend! ”

“Great location and the restaurant food was great. Be advised that you have to bring bags up a few steps because there is no elevator. The owner was wonderful and gave us great recommendations for dining and entertainment.”

“DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN with this review! I never write a bad review But this, THIS WAS UNSPEAKABLE EVENTS!! I am pretty sure the pics that are on the site for advertising are from a completely different hotel all together ok. Nothing, NOTHING that was included in my booking was even an option when i got there. 1 On street vicinity parking: if you consider 12 bocks away in the vicinity. 2 once you got to the hotel you had to turn around and walk back to a different hotel to check in 3....

“The simple but perfect bed and breakfast. You could walk to downtown in less than 13 minutes and it came with a great breakfast room and home cooked breakfast. It felt like you were in someone's guest room. It felt nice.”

“The owner/operator was very kind, helpful and responsive. The room was excellent, very spacious for Scotland with a private en-suite. Breakfast was delicious. The house is a short walk from City Centre, Inverness Castle and the River Ness walkway. I highly recommend.”
