“I booked a room described as a 'Double or twin room with sea view'. In the notes of the booking, I requested twin beds but I was allocated a double room.
The man serving me - older gentleman, white hair - would have struggled to care less. No apology, he just blamed Expedia and gave us a room with no view, which wasn't how we wanted to end our trip.

If you cannot carry big suitcases upstairs ask for room on flat as it was difficult. Parking just across the road
Rarely saw anyone in the hotel only at breakfast and dinner time.
You need to order dinner well in advance as no were around to eat.
