"We stayed at Hotel ILUNION Malaga from May 23 to May 25, 2026. Immediately upon arrival, we reported that the room was extremely hot and that the air conditioning was not working properly. The hotel staff repeatedly informed us that a technician would come “soon,” but the issue was never resolved that first night.
The room became very uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep properly due to the heat. I requested to be moved to another room, but the hotel informed us they were fully booked. Only on the second day were they finally able to relocate us to a different room.
This experience has been really disappointing."
