"The only important thing is that the hotel is not pet friendly And no ice available unless you buy it at their convenience store, no refrigerator, microwave or blow dryer unless you pay extra ! But if none of that matters the hotel is great very helpful stuff, clean rooms and so convenient to have the beach area right there, i loved it."

"Overall, this was a great stay for our small group celebrating a birthday. We had reserved multiple rooms and I had sent a message to the hotel through this app asking that our three rooms be adjoining or at least close together, I did not receive a response from the hotel and the front desk attendant was unaware of the request as we all checked in. Two of our rooms were assigned that adjoined and it was explained that we'd need to switch one king room to 2 queens. What we didn't know until check out was that there's an up charge for two queens instead of a king even if only one person is staying in the room. It would have been nice to have been given the option to choose. It's a minor thing, but could have been avoided. The resort is clean and well maintained and the river facing rooms were well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Better and more unique food options are found at the other resorts, but everything is a quick walk or drive from this resort."

"Despite it being busy for the holiday the services were quick and staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were quite comfortable and clean. My som enjoyed the private beach, pool, arcade and even the water taxi. Would definitely recommend."
