"easy check in, room was spacious and clean...the only thing was the sliding view window was quite dirty, unable to enjoy the view 100@ there was Pidgeon poop on the balcony so unable to go out to enjoy the view that way also. Although there was shampoo and lotion in the bathroom. there was no body wash or hair conditioner, and only one tiny bar of soap to use for hands and shower! those were all minor complaints. Overall the room was comfortable and our stay was very pleasant"

"When we arrived the valet staff was extremely rude and would not help us. We are two seniors and all we needed was them to allow us to unload our bags near the door and they were so hateful toward us. The staff checking us in were very helpful. We did get the correct room, but when we opened the door and walked in were we surprised at how dirty the floors, windows and window seals were. The beds are very uncomfortable and I think the mattresses are from 1950’s. The pillows are worse, you wake up with a stiff neck from all the clumps. Cobwebs all around the ceiling and windows, dirt on the seals of the inside window. The bathroom looks like a cave so dark even with the lights on. The ceiling is extremely low. Shower is dirty and grimy. The air conditioning works but makes so much noise you cannot hear the tv and when it does go off makes a huge banging sound. Hallways are so hot and stuffy and elevator sounds like it might stop anytime I would suggest you stay somewhere else"

"That complete parking lot had empty alcohol cans everywhere, dog poop all over feminine products used an on the ground, old hospital bed in the parking lot . Looks like the parking lot is being used for storage for old cars , boats and trailers . Then in side the hotel smelled like old trash and just dirty . The rooms were even worse spider webs black mold the balcony looked like it had not been swept in weeks . The pool light was dangling dangerously in the water hot tub was broken . This facility use to be a gem I have no idea what happened to it . I was there for three days as well so there was plenty of time to have cleaned up the outside . As well all the trees over grown dead grass it’s like the owner just gave up . I want a refund to be honest I feel like my whole body is itching since I left ."
